Holding fee per property- £200.00

Tenant Deposit Protection Charge – £20.00

Tenant Referencing Fee (per person) – £120.00

Guarantor Referencing Fee – £120.00

Company Referencing Fee – £200.00

Tenancy Agreement – £160.00

Renewal/Extension – £100.00

Change of any individual Tenant (mid tenancy) – £300.00 per person

Early Termination Fee – Equal to 1 months rent

Inventory Exit Fee’s – from £102.00 (Up to a three bedroom property)

Deposit – 6 weeks (£100 extra if accepts pets)

Landlord Fee’s

LET & SETTLE

A straightforward service for Landlords who will be managing their own property. We assess all prospective tenants, and let and manage the initial tenancy agreement. We also send your property to our current applicant list, and advertise it via the most popular property portals.
• We ensure your property is legally ready to let • We help you to select and secure your preferred tenant(s) • We remain on hand for two weeks following the sign-up to the tenancy helping you to iron out any snags which may arise • We leave you with our guide for Landlords
Up to 7% of Rental

E.g – If the monthly rental income was £1,000.00 the fee would be £1008.00 inclusive of VAT
LET & SETTLE WITH RENT COLLECTION

This level of service includes the Let & Settle package as detailed above, and in addition the management of rent collection, providing additional peace of mind to Landlords.
• Management of rent collection • Management of tenancy problems in relation to rent collection • Management of Tenancy Agreements
Up to 10% of Rental

E.g – If the monthly rental income was £1,000.00 the fee would be £1,440.00 inclusive of VAT
FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

This is the package for Landlords who would like an experienced property manager to fully manage their tenancy and the up-keep of the property. The package includes both packages as detailed above, and additionally offers Landlords the following:
• Management of Tenancy problems • Property inspections throughout the Tenancy • Management of maintenance • A dedicated property Manager and maintenance team
Up to 12% of Rental

E.g – If the monthly rental income was £1,000.00 the fee would be £1728.00 inclusive of VAT
