Caron is the director here at Sovereign Estates and she can count over 20 years of experience. Having lived locally all her life she has a wealth of local knowledge. Caron has a genuine passion for properties and has always believed in the traditional values of a professional estate agent, “I always try to go the extra mile for my customers, and provide a personal, tailored service to meet their individual needs”.
Some people say they think all Caron does is work! She is always very busy, whether it being rushing around on viewings all day or being in the office catching up on paper work! When Caron isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and walking her 5 dogs! To say Caron likes dogs is an understatement, she loves them.
Tiffany Bunclark- Negotiator
Tiffany started working for Sovereign Estates in February 2017. Having decided to put her scissors down and take a break from hairdressing, she changed her career path. Tiffany’s face is always smiling, she’s always happy to help with any enquiries or troubles that you may have!
She is your first point of contact when enquiring about a property, from registering applicants, arranging appointments and accompanying you on viewings. Tiffany is also in charge of all the social media and advertising that takes place at Sovereign Estates. When she’s not working, her days off are spent shopping or looking after her nephew Alfie, she also enjoys going to the gym regularly, catching up with friends, and occasionally picking up her scissors to do a few haircuts!
Paul Brissimitzakis- Director
Paul recently joined Caron as a co-director of Sovereign Estates and brings with him a wealth of experience, which includes the last 20 years working in nearby Berkhamsted. Paul lives locally and is passionate about providing excellent customer service and making a real difference to our clients. Paul is never more at home than when he is in the wide open spaces and with that in mind, tends to specialise in dealing with some of the more rural properties in the villages around Chesham, Berkhamsted and Tring.
Paul is a keen follower of football and rugby, although these days he has hung up his boots. In his free time it wouldn’t be unusual to see Paul enjoying a beer at the local brewery shop or enjoying the local countryside on long walks with his dogs.
