Viewings &
Offers

We believe that accompanied viewings are the best way to sell your home and our experienced team understands the skills involved in showing your property with the maximum effect to attract a potential buyer. Viewings are arranged at a time and day that is convenient to you with initial feedback given on the day. We will negotiate offers and give you honest recommendations on each offer made.

Once the legal side of things is completed and funds are in place, moving dates can be discussed. Once contracts are exchanged and the monies transferred, your property has officially been sold and you are on the move!
